How can I pay?

How long will delivery take?

We operate an overnight courier service for all of our products. Orders placed beforev 12 noon are processed the same day, and will be delivered the following day (subject to the goods being available or in stock). Orders placed after 12 noon will be processed the following day.

Do I need to sign for the goods?

The answer is yes. We cannot leave parcels without a signature so if you have to go out, leave a note on the door for the driver, or alert a neighbour to your delivery. We will do our best to help customers with alternative deliveries if you contact us with full details before leaving our works.

If you "miss" the driver and he leaves a card, it is the customers responsibilty to contact the carriers to arrange a further delivery date.

What are your delivery times?

Delivery times are between the hours of 9am and 5pm by DPD carriers. If you have not received your order within 3 days please call us between 9am and 5pm

What is the cost of delivery?

Our standard carriage charge is 8.16 (inc VAT). This applies to all orders under £120.00 net value to all destinations within the UK with the exception of the Scottish Highlans and Islands.

Deliveries to these destinations and to any destinations outside the UK please contact us for a shipping quote. If you wish to collect your order from our works please call us and we will have your order ready when you ariive

What is your returns policy?

In the unlikely event of you wishing to return any or all of your order,please return them to us

within 7 days for a full refund or replacement. In the case of Raffle or Bingo Machines these must be in their original packaging and in full working order. The cost of the return is the customers responsibility
